PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of assuring that a device of a computer or the like has validity and executing a processing program, and to provide an information processing system and a processing program.SOLUTION: An IC chip 1 detachable from a terminal 4 includes: an unrewritable program storage region 20a storing a secure boot program 21 for confirming the validity of the terminal 4, and an authentication processing program 22 for receiving a request from a control part 40 of the terminal 4 to execute the request; and a control part 10. The control part 10 includes: a validity confirmation part 11 for executing the secure boot program 21 in accordance with the reception of an execution request for the secure boot program 21 from the control part 40 to confirm the validity of the terminal 4 when the terminal 4 is started; and an execution permission part 13 for permitting the execution of the authentication processing program 22 only in the case that the validity confirmation part 11 confirms the validity of the terminal 4 in the case of receiving the execution request for the authentication processing program 22 from the control part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
