The present invention provides an infrared ray welding device which has an infrared ray heating unit, which is made of a flexible metal plate and has a heat dissipating plate to correspond to a welding unit in an intricate shape made of a plastic material. According to the present invention, the heating unit includes: a first heat insulation block having a first molding unit, which is lifted up or sunk from an upper side to correspond to the welding unit of an upper member, a first groove formed to be open upwards from the first molding unit, and a first heat source installed in the first groove; and a second heat insulation block having a second molding unit, which is lifted up or sunk from a lower side to correspond to the welding unit of a lower member, a second groove formed to be open downwards from the second molding unit, and a second heat source installed in the second groove. Lateral sides of the first groove and the second groove are formed to be open on a portion of at least one from the first molding unit and the second molding unit. Block wall members are arranged on the open portions on the lateral sides of the first groove and the second groove. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a plastic thermal welding device using indirect heat. |
