The opening (O) has a flapping (400) preformed to come to be reversibly fixed on sections of two uprights (100) and two webs (200) of a straight-cut assembly of a door frame (D). Each upright and each web include a rebate for receiving a glazed part (V). A section of a glazing bead and the flapping are associated with each upright and each web. The flapping is preformed to be detachably fixed on profiles of the uprights and webs, and to form a panel to hold the glazed part in the recess. The flapping is provided as a bearing surface for the opening against the associated frame.
