The present invention relates to a technology related to an electronic label device for displaying information about products displayed in a store, and a gateway device for managing a group of electronic label devices. The suggested invention is for the electronic label device to attempt connection to be registered in a gateway device with a less amount of data traffic. The gateway device includes a first communication unit, a second communication unit, a label registration unit, and a product information relay unit. The label registration unit may register an electronic label device depending on whether the total volume of a registered electronic label device is equal to or greater than a threshold. The product information relay unit may relay transmission of product information from a server to the electronic label device. The electronic label device includes a communication unit, a display unit, and a control unit. The control unit includes a product information display unit and a label registration unit. The product information display unit may receive product information and output the information through a display unit. The label registration unit may request registration preferentially to a gateway device with a less accumulated amount of data traffic. |
