The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing grill steamed bread and, specifically, to a method for manufacturing grill steamed bread containing a walnut or coconut component. The method for manufacturing steamed bread comprise the following steps: preparing steamed bread molding materials by putting steamed bread filling into a steamed bread wrapper; primarily molding the steamed bread molding materials with walnuts or coconuts; primarily fermenting the primarily molded steamed bread molding materials at a temperature of 30-50°C and at a relative humidity of 50-70%; making preliminary steamed bread by steaming the fermented materials at a temperature of 90-130°C for 5-20 minutes; cooling the preliminary steamed bread; and rapidly freezing the dried steamed bread, which has been cooled, at a temperature under -20°C for 60-180 minutes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing steamed bread with enhanced storability and texture while having a variety of flavors. |
