Disclosed is a voltage sensing and control circuit connected to a power supply consisting of an inverter, a transformer, and rectification diodes, the voltage sensing and control circuit being characterized by comprising: a voltage measurement unit for transforming the first alternating voltage of a primary or secondary winding of the transformer into a second alternating voltage and then changing the second alternating voltage to a direct voltage; and an output voltage controller, which is connected to the voltage measurement unit, compares the direct voltage applied from the voltage measurement unit with a reference voltage, and controls the output of the inverter on the basis of the comparison result. |
