PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve determination accuracy of blurring level.SOLUTION: There is provided an information processor 10 which includes: a storage section 11 that stores a piece of related information which represents a relation between a blurring index as an index of blurring level of image and the blurring level according to the width of a line in a character included in an image; and a calculation unit 12 that calculates a line width and a blurring index using an image and makes a reference to the relation information stored in the storage section 11 to identify the blurring level corresponding to the line width and the blurring index. The information processor 10 determines the blurring level with a high accuracy even when a line of a character is deformed etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
