A method for providing a hair ship customer reception service by a hair shop customer reception server according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: maintaining a face information database including a face shape table, where one or more face shape items, face shape scores and face shape weights corresponding to the face shape items respectively are recorded to correspond to one or more hair treatments respectively, and a skin tone table, where one or more skin tone items, skin tone scores and skin tone weights corresponding to the skin tone items respectively are recorded to correspond to the one or more hair treatments respectively; receiving face shape information and skin tone information with respect to a customer to receive a hair treatment; reading a face shape score corresponding to the face shape of the customer and a skin tone score corresponding to a skin tone score corresponding to the skin tone of the customer from the face information database; calculating a first value, which is obtained by adding the read face shape score multiplied by the face shape weight and the read skin tone score multiplied by the skin tone weight, for each of the one or more hair treatments; calculating a hair treatment fitness degree, which is obtained by dividing the first value by a predetermined first maximum value, for each of the one or more hair treatments; and matching the hair treatment fitness degrees, which have been calculated for the one or more hair treatments respectively, with the hair treatments respectively, and providing the hair treatment fitness degrees to the customer. |
