The present invention relates to a repelling device for marine creatures and an array having the same and, more specifically, to a repelling device for a shark and an array having the same. According to the present invention, the repelling device for marine creatures comprises: a buoy which floats on the water and automatically controls the buoyancy thereof according to a water level change; a magnetic field generating part which is located under the buoy and generates a magnetic field for repelling marine creatures; a solar generation part which is located on the buoy and supplies power to the magnetic field generating part; and a wind power generation part which is located on the buoy and supplies power to the magnetic field generating part.
