PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a concrete product without generating swelling, crack, fissure or the like on a surface.SOLUTION: A setting step of setting a steel bar 10 over a side plate 3 in a frame mold 1 with setting an apertura upwardly, a steel bar flexure step of bending a central part upwardly by holding both terminal parts of the set steel bar 10 downwardly, a material supply and pressure step of supplying a concrete material m in the frame mold 1 and adding vibration to press and a form removal step of removing the frame mold 1 after reversing the frame mold 1 are conducted. As the central part of the steel bar 10 set over the frame mold 1 in the steel bar flexure step is bended upwardly, the steel bar 10 only deforms close to become straight even that downward pressure effects on the concrete material m in the next material supply and pressure step. With these, deformations such as distortions, swelling, crack and fissure are not generated in a concrete product A because spring back of the steel bar 10 in the concrete product A is not generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
