The element has an element part (1) e.g. partially circular-shaped ring, including retainers in contact with clamps of another element part. Two tubes (12, 13) are completely surrounded by the element parts that are in contact with each other. The element parts are attached to a coupling region of the tubes and are provided with a partial circular shaped internal flow path that includes a recess (4a) for axially clamping the coupling region of the tubes. A bar (21) is formed as a single piece in the recess in a circumferential direction of the element.
