The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lithium-ion cell capable of inhibiting internal short-circuit faults and improving reliability without affecting cell performance. The present invention provides a lithium-ion cell characterized in having: a positive and a negative electrode; an electrolyte in which a charging/discharging reaction is performed among the positive electrode, the negative electrode, and a separator for insulating between the positive electrode and the negative electrode; and a metal-dissolution-preventing-agent- storing part, said part storing a metal dissolution preventing agent for inhibiting dissolution of metals in the electrolyte. |
