The present invention relates to a method for producing a roll plate using a film mask. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a roll plate, enabling repetitive and precise formation of micropatterns on a relatively big roller by a simple process. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: forming a specific pattern on a transfer roller by a printing process; rotating the transfer roller on a film having a larger area than the transfer roller so as to form the film mask by patterning or stitching the pattern of the transfer roller on the film; winding up the film mask around a plate roller on which photoresist is coated; exposing the film mask-wound plate roller so as to form a mask pattern on the plate roller; and forming a printing pattern by etching the plate roller on which the mask pattern is formed.
