As to a waterproof sheet installed on the surface of a building structure, the present invention relates to a double composite waterproof sheet in which an asphalt urethane waterproof coating material and a waterproof sheet are laminated. The present invention has effects of: performing construction safely and easily; enabling the construction even in winter season; increasing a waterproof rate by obtaining the even thickness of a waterproof layer; and preventing the damage to the waterproof layer through the protective effect of the waterproof sheet.
