The present invention provides a fan motor having a new structure. According to the present invention, the fan motor comprises: a rotor coupled to a shaft, and rotating with the shaft; a stator installed in a position facing the rotor; a first bracket having a first bearing insertion space, where a first bearing coupled to an upper part of the shaft is inserted, formed in an upper part of a center unit; a second bracket tightly coupled to the first bracket, and having a second bearing insertion space, where a second bearing coupled to a lower part of the shaft is inserted, formed in a lower part of the center unit; a first bearing cover for covering the first bearing insertion space; and a second bearing cover for covering the second bearing insertion space, and having a receiving space formed to be extended to the lower part of the center unit. |
