The present invention relates to a health functional composition for skin anti-aging extracted from Cyperus rotundus. More specifically, the present invention relates to a health functional composition for skin anti-aging which comprises an extract extracted from roots of Cyperus rotundus by using methanol, fractions separated from the extract, and active ingredients contained in the fractions, and so on and inhibits activity of transient receptor potential vanilloid channel 1 (TRPV1), and a method for producing the same. |
