Disclosed is a battery pack including a cartridge, which can secure a condition of ambient temperatures of a secondary battery to be a predetermined level or higher. According to the present invention, the battery pack comprises: one or more secondary batteries; and a cartridge having at least a part of the secondary batteries seated thereon, configured to be stacked in at least one direction, and including an insulation member which prevents heat of the secondary batteries from being leaked to the outside, and a heating member which supplies the heat to the secondary batteries.
