The present invention relates to a cold air supplying apparatus and, more specifically, to a cold air supplying apparatus for intensively discharging cold air toward a specific point. The cold air supplying apparatus, according to the present invention, comprises: an ice case for generating and storing cold air and cold water; a cold water circulation pipe coupled to one side of the ice case and circulating the cold water, which is stored in the ice case, along a predetermined course; a cold water circulation pump for circulating the cold water, which is stored in the ice case, through the cold water circulation pipe; a cold air discharge part coupled to one side of the cold water circulation pipe so as to discharge cold air; and a cold air discharge fan provided at one side of the inner surface of the cold air discharge part so as to discharge cold air to the outside.
