PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance a joining effect to another molding.SOLUTION: A required surface 10'a of a resin molding 10' containing an inorganic filler 11 is irradiated with a laser from a laser irradiation device 31 via a mirror 32, a part of a resin is removed with light reflected from the mirror 32, and a groove 12 in which the inorganic filler 11 is exposed from a side surface 12a is formed. When a resin molding 10 with a groove is joined to another molding 20, the inorganic filler 11 which is exposed in the groove 12 fills a role of an anchor of suppressing destruction of the resin molding 10 with the groove and the other molding 20. As a result, even when a joining surface is an inner wall surface, a taper-shaped wall surface and the like, strength of a composite molding can be remarkably enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
