The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for processing high concentration PCBs in insulating oil by using reverse flow oxidation. The method includes the steps of: making the PCBs absorbed to granular activated carbon (C) filling a combustion tube (10) (S1); supplying oxygen to the upper end of the combustion tube (10) (S2); generating combustion flames by igniting the granular activated carbon (C) on the lower end of the combustion tube (10) to induce reverse flow oxidation (S3); exhausting the combustion gas generated in the reverse flow oxidation to the combustion pipe (10) (S4); and blocking the oxygen supply to the combustion pipe (10) when the combustion flames reach the combustion pipe (10). |
