A wireless transmitting station having: a plurality of transmitting antenna elements that convert an electrical signal to a radiowave, and then output the radio wave; a precoder that assigns a precoding weight to the electrical signal supplied to the transmitting antenna elements, thereby controlling the direction of the radiowave beam emitted from the transmitting antenna elements; and at least one power adjustment unit that adjusts the power of the electrical signal supplied to at least some of the transmitting antenna elements so as to reduce variation in the power of the electrical signal supplied to the plurality of transmitting antenna elements.
