The present invention relates to a steering column device of a vehicle, comprising: a distance bracket; a tilt bracket; a mounting bracket; and a pressurizing member. The distance bracket is coupled to the outer circumferential surface of a tube where a steering shaft is inserted and allows an adjusting bolt to pass therethrough. The tilt bracket is coupled to both sides of the distance bracket and has a long hole formed in the longitudinal direction to allow the adjusting bolt to pass through. The mounting bracket allows the tilt bracket to be fixed thereto and is mounted on a chassis. The pressurizing member is connected to the adjusting bolt and allows the tilt bracket to be in close contact with the distance bracket. The tilt bracket comprises: a first cut slit and a pair of second cut slits. The first cut slit is formed with an arc shape by cutting an end part adjacent to the mounting bracket along the periphery of an end of the long hole. The second cut slits are formed by cutting parts on both sides of the long hole in the longitudinal direction of the long hole. Accordingly, flexibility of the tilt bracket is controlled to effectively fix the steering shaft with a small amount of torque or release the fixed steering shaft.
