Provided is an oil diffusion pump that takes work safety in an overhaul into consideration. An oil diffusion pump 50 has a casing 51 as a pump main body. The casing 51 has a cylindrical casing main body 51a with a bottom portion opened, and a lower lid 90 for supporting and closing the bottom portion side of the main body 51a from below on the side of atmosphere via a sealing member not shown for performing vacuum sealing. The lower lid 90 is detachably attached to a lower portion of the casing main body 51a with a fastening means 92. Thus, the present invention is characterized in that the bottom portion of the casing 51 is configured so as to be separable from a cylindrical side wall portion thereof. |
