摘要 The present invention relates to: a manufacturing method of silicon phosphide and a silicon phosphide-carbon composite through a mechanical synthesis method regarding silicon (Si), phosphorous (P), and carbon (C); and a cathode material comprising the composite as an active material. The manufacturing method of silicon phosphide and a silicon phosphide-carbon composite can simply, rapidly, and efficiently manufacture the composite using mechanical properties of a silicon phosphide binary compound. In addition, in the case of applying a cathode material comprising the complex as a cathode active material to a secondary battery, the secondary battery can have excellent initial efficiency and remarkable characteristics of high efficiency and of charging and discharging without problems of volumetric change caused by particle coarsening.
