摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly specify a position of a work-piece.SOLUTION: A coating apparatus 100 includes: at least two coating robots 3, 3 which are disposed on both sides of a vehicle body 1 with a baseline X passing the vehicle body 1 interposed therebetween and work for the vehicle body 1; at least two cameras 5, 5 which are disposed on both sides of the vehicle body 1 with the baseline X interposed therebetween and pick up an image of the vehicle body 1; and a control device 10 which controls the coating robots 3, 3 on the basis of the image picked up by the camera 5. The coating robots 3, 3 are so configured that the robots work for the vehicle body 1 on the basis of a position of the vehicle body 1 which is specified from the image picked up by the camera 5 at symmetric positions with the baseline X interposed therebetween. The two cameras 5, 5 respectively pick up images of parts of the vehicle body 1 of which positions in a direction along the baseline X are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
