Provided is a display device, which comprises: a substrate; a common electrode and a first insulation film sequentially stacked on the substrate; a cap electrode on the first insulation film; a second insulation film covering the cap electrode; a source electrode on the second insulation film; a drain electrode provided on the second insulation film, connected to the cap electrode through a first contact, and extended to an upper portion of the source electrode; a third insulation film provided between the source electrode and the drain electrode; a gate electrode provided on the drain electrode and a side surface of the third insulation film, and extended to the source electrode; an active layer provided between the gate electrode and the source electrode, and the third insulation film and the drain electrode; a gate insulation film provided between the active layer and the gate electrode; and a pixel electrode provided on a fourth insulation film which covers the gate electrode and the drain electrode, and connected through a second contact.
