FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a precursor based on titanium dioxide for catalytically active coating on an inert carrier containing nano-sized metal particles of palladium. Colloidal solution of a siloxane-acrylate emulsion, while stirring, is mixed with a solution of tetrachloropalladic acid HPdCland under constant stirring are heated at a temperature of 75-80°C.
