The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an artificial liver by using mesenchymal stem cells, and to uses as a cellular therapeutic agent of the artificial liver and a transplanted body. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a cell aggregate (spheroid) and the cell aggregate manufactured thereby are capable of safely increasing the rate of differentiation without genetic modification, and properly performing liver functions through a vascularization process after being transplanted. In addition, the method and the cell aggregate do not have immune rejection response, and can be efficiently used as a transplanted body and a cellular therapeutic agent for treating liver diseases.
