PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a power loss caused by ON/OFF switching of two push-pull-connected switch elements.SOLUTION: Reflux diodes are disposed in parallel with two push-pull-connected switch elements. During a period in which both switch elements are off (a dead time period), when forward voltage is applied to the reflux diode disposed for the switch element that is to be turned ON, the dead time period is terminated and the switch element is turned ON. Thus, the switch element can be switched to ON after charge regeneration and charging of charge at parasitic capacitances of the two switch elements are complete, thereby, it is possible to avoid generation of a power loss caused as the charge stored in the parasitic capacitance of the switch element to be turned ON flows through the switch element turned ON. |
