The present invention relates to a frozen meat cutting device capable of maintaining the balance of a chopper blade adjustably and a slicing apparatus for frozen meat having the same, and more specifically, to the frozen meat cutting device which adjusts the center of gravity of a balance weight for balancing a chopper blade to set the optimal balance weight thereof to offset the centrifugal force of the chopper blade, and thus, cutting can be carried out safely and the resulting cut surface of frozen meat is even. The frozen meat cutting device capable of maintaining the balance of a chopping blade adjustably of the present invention comprises: a driving source; a non-circular chopper blade which receives a turning force from the driving source to rotate and cuts frozen meat while rotating; a balance means arranged in the opposite direction of the chopping blade and connected to the chopping blade to rotate together therewith to maintain the balance of the chopper blade adjustably. The balance means comprises one or more balance weights in the fan shape either connected directly or through a connection means to the chopping blade to rotate together. The slicing apparatus for frozen meat comprises: a cutting device body where frozen meat is placed and cut; a frozen meat holding means installed to be reciprocated along the transversal width direction of the body and supplying the frozen meat in a state of that the meat is fixed thereon; a fork moving means which moves the frozen meat holding means by a predetermined distance in accordance with the thickness of the cut meat; and a frozen meat cutting device installed on the moving path of the frozen meat holding means of the cutting device body, and slicing, in a predetermined thickness, the frozen meat rotating vertically of the moving direction of the frozen meat moved by the frozen meat holding device, while maintaining the balance of the chopper blade adjustably. |
