The present invention relates to an on-line trading management method to perform member registration and management functions and a system thereof. In particular, the on-line trading management system to perform the registration and management functions according to the present invention comprises: a member information input means to receive subscription information of a subscriber, subscription information of a member company, and product related information and to save the same in a database; a financial management means to manage the payment of dues of the subscriber and the lending and borrowing money according to the dealing between to the subscriber and the member company; a subscriber ranking determination means to determine the ranking of subscribers with a contrived subscriber ranking determination method by a positive act of the subscribers; a payment means to distribute at least a part of the dues which are paid according to the determined ranking to the subscriber; and a product trading management means to provide the product related information provided from the member company so the subscriber purchases a product provided by the member company. According to the present invention, various distributions of the dues can be possible and the subscriber can preferentially obtain a benefit related to a product purchase and an opportunity of investment even if the distribution is not received. Thus, a lot of members can be secured in a short time and a database of member related information can be built and the member company can raise funds related to a specific business. |
