The fitting has a U-shaped pivoting part (3) comprising a short bracket (4) and a long bracket (5). The long bracket is connected with a steering lever (6) in a torque-proof manner in a connection point over a connection part i.e. connection rod. A steering rod (7) is connected to a free end of the lever, and a support arm (8) is connected to a coupling point (9) at an end area of the lever. A supporting steering wheel (10), pivoting part, support arm and the lever are pivotable relative to each other in parallel planes. A positioning unit is connected with a pivoting shaft (30). An independent claim is also included for a furniture piece. |
