The present invention relates to a system for driving and connecting a housing for a surveillance camera. The system includes: a control center which transmits power and a control signal to a housing for a surveillance camera and performing data communications with the housing for a surveillance camera; a housing for a reference surveillance camera receiving the power from the control center to be driven and performing data communications through a UTP cable; and a housing for a connecting surveillance camera connected to the housing for a reference surveillance camera through the UTP cable and receiving the power through the UTP cable while performing data communications.
