<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a beverage in which an oil perfume is dispersed/stabilized. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a beverage includes: a process of dispersing by stirring the amount of 0.001-0.2 wt.% of the oil perfume based on the beverage dissolved an essential oil ingredient in non-aqueous mixed solvent allowable as food in an aqueous beverage raw material; and a process of dispersing/stabilizing the oil perfume by mixing the effective amount for dispersing/stabilizing the oil perfume contained micelle non-forming emulsifier of an emulsified perfume into the aqueous beverage raw material in which the oil perfume is dispersed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
