The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of high-purity and high-quality manganese sulfate readily usable for manufacturing lithium ion secondary batteries from manganese sulfate waste liquid in spent batteries. The manufacturing method of the present invention removes impurities using sulfides which do not cause secondary contamination to manganese sulfate waste liquid, and performs evaporative concentration to manufacture manganese sulfate through heating, thereby being economical and environment-friendly. Also, the manufacturing method of the present invention combines a manganese recovery process which enhances recovery rate of manganese sulfate with a wastewater treatment process which reuses materials and treats wastewater so as to simultaneously discharge the wastewater, thereby being remarkably efficient and environment-friendly. Therefore, the manufacturing method of the present invention can be used in recycling industries and can prevent environment pollution while promoting recycling waste resources. |
