The present invention relates to a clamp assembly and a connection structure of an exhaust pipe using the same. The clamp assembly can be easily and conveniently assembled and disassembled, and can be accurately coupled without being crooked. Moreover, airtightness between two flanges can be sufficiently secured. According to the present invention, the clamp assembly comprises: a first and a second arc-shaped clamping frame (310, 320) wherein inclination surfaces for pressurization (311, 321) are formed; a female screw hole (312) and a through hole (322) formed in both end portions of the first and the second clamping frame (310, 320); insertion holes (314, 324) having a larger diameter than the female screw hole (312) and the through hole (322); a sleeve (340) inserted by crossing the insertion holes (314, 324); and a bolt member (330) tightening the first and the second clamping frame (310, 320).
