According to an embodiment of the present invention, an image storage device comprises a file system and an SSD. The file system is designed to be optimized for sequential writing and to process data by page size unit of an NAND flash. The file system is designed to be divided into a file system area and a data area to be stored. The file system is designed to distinguish file system data from user data in the SSD. The file system data in the SSD is stored in an NVRAM, and the user data is stored in the NAND flash. Therefore, the image storage device applies security to image data to increase reliability of processing data. |
