The present invention refers to a natural illumination system for aquiculture ponds. The system comprises a translucent device, a conduction device and one or a plurality of light filters specially designed for the desired application. The optic wave guide may consist in different elements, highly polished tubes, acrylic wave guides, fiber optic, etc. The system delivers irradiance similar to that of the ocean where the marine species, intended to be reproduced in captivity during day and night, live.
