The invention discloses a belt cutting device with a rotating housing. The belt cutting device comprises a housing (100) and a conveying unit (200). The housing (100) is provided with a belt installing notch (101) formed at the back side and a cutting unit (103) formed at the front portion and provided with a distribution hole (102). A wound belt (1) is placed on the housing (100). The conveying unit (200) is installed in the interior of the housing (100) so that an end portion of one side of the belt (1) placed on the belt installing notch (101) is conveyed to the cutting unit (103). The housing (100) accommodates the lower portion of the conveying unit (200) and comprises a lower housing (110) with an opening (111) formed in the upper portion and the rotary housing (120). The back end portion of the rotary housing (120) is linked to the upper portion of the lower housing (110) via a hinge. The rotary housing (120) vertically rotates based on the back end portion to open and close the opening (111). |
