The present invention aims to provide an element installation device, an element feeder and a drawing restriction removal method thereof. In the element installation device, interference of the element feeder and a suction nozzle are avoided during drawing of the element feeder. An operating unit position detection device is used for detecting the state where an operating unit operated from a first position to a second position reaches specified middle positions, the specified middle positions are positions before the second position, and a nozzle action restriction part of a control device performs action restriction on the suction nozzle in an installation head according to the detection information obtained from the operating unit position detection device that the operating unit reaches the middle positions. Moreover, the operating unit is further operated to the second position, clamping between a movable clamping component and a clamped component is removed, and thus the element feeder can be drawn from an insertion part of the element feeder. |
