<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for creating a scenario capable of automatizing the creation of the scenario of a combination of a speech and a gesture. <P>SOLUTION: Based on text cut pieces with respect to input text data stored in a storage part 42 and the information of the gesture, an SGAE service part 50 extracts a feature amount for each of combinations of them to be used as an input value.
