PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free-stop door check device that is constituted compactly without requiring any volume compensation space.SOLUTION: There is provided a door check device (100, 200) that comprises: a rod member (2) which is formed in a long shape having one end and the other end, coupled swingably to a main body (B) fitted with a door (DR) at the one end, and extended into the door fitted to the main body; a bag body (5a, 5b) which is liquid-tightly fitted to a top surface of the rod member so as to form a fluid sealing space as a closed space on a top surface (23a, 23b) of the rod member; a dilatant fluid (7) which is charged in the fluid sealing space; and a press member (6a, 6b) which is connected to the door to impart elastic force to the bag body in a direction of being pressed against the top surface of the rod member, and is configured to move in a lengthwise direction of the rod member as the door is opened or closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
