PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body pillow which can ideally be fit to a body during sleep time by making the pillow body adjustable in any form.SOLUTION: A body pillow comprises: a pillow body 2 which possesses elasticity; and a shape retainer 10 which can keep shape even when bending. The pillow body 2 can be formed into a column shape, a polygonal prism shape, an elliptic shape, a geometric shape, an animal shape, a plant shape, or a stuffed-toy shape.
