PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire detail information at a proper timing, to be added to log information, thereby enabling efficient problem analysis.SOLUTION: On receipt of a log output request, a log management section 203 causes a log collection section 209 to acquire detail information when the log output request is made by operating an operation panel 110 via a user instruction receiving section 202, or does not cause the log collection section 209 to acquire the detail information when the log output request is issued via a communication section 204. The log management section 203 reads a log (and detail information thereof when the detail information is stored) which is stored in a log storage section 104. The log management section 203 outputs a log in accordance with a source of the log output request. Specifically, the log management section scrambles the read log and detail information to be transmitted to an external memory 131 when the log output request is made by the operation, or transmits them to a network 120 when the log output request is issued via the communication section 204.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
