PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect data having higher collection priority as quickly as possible when collecting data generated by a device in a remote place where there is no fixed communication line.SOLUTION: A mobile body moves between a first device connected to a data center via an Internet line and a second device installed in an area where communication via mobile phone channels is not possible. If the mobile body finds out that the mobile body itself has got out of the area where communication via mobile phone channels is not possible, the mobile body transmits, to the data center via a mobile telephone channel, data having higher priority of data received from the second radio communication device via a short-range wireless channel; when communication with the first device becomes possible via a short-range wireless channel, the mobile body transmits remaining data to the first device via the short-range wireless channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
