The present invention relates to a method for isolating biomaterials using characteristics of magnetic nanoparticles which are represented by chemical formula 1. The method of the present invention uses the difference in magnetic susceptibility or magnetization depending on the composition of the magnetic nanoparticles, and thus, magnetic nanoparticles are attached to the biomaterials to be isolated, and then several biomaterials can be isolated from each other at the same time due to different traces in the external magnetic field with the same intensity.
