摘要

The present invention provides a display device which can uniformly maintain display quality by forming capacitor between gate source (Cgs) of a thin film transistor at an appropriate value. According to the present invention, the display device includes a display panel and a driving unit. The display panel includes a sub pixel and displays an image. The driving unit drives the display panel and supplies a driving signal to the sub pixel of the display panel. The sub pixel includes: a thin film transistor having a gate electrode which encloses a first electrode or a second electrode formed on a lower substrate; and a pixel electrode connected to the first electrode or the second electrode through a contact hole.
