The present invention relates to a film insert molding mold applying injection-compression molding, capable of increasing maintenance rate of an embossed pattern when insert molding is performed for a plastic product by using a film printed with a three-dimensional embossed pattern, and to a method thereof. The film insert molding mold comprises a fixed mold including an upper plate and a core; and a movable mold including a lower plate having a tension groove where the core is inserted, wherein a hot runner manifold including a nozzle and a valve gate is formed on the fixed mold, thereby improving softness and appearance such as high glossy and scratch resistance of the plastic product having the three-dimensional embossed pattern. |
