摘要 The present invention provides a method of isolating and purifying a fusion protein comprising factor VII, and more specifically relates to a method of isolating and purifying a fusion protein comprising factor VII and transferrin, to a high degree of purity. Because the present invention provides a method whereby a recombinant fusion protein comprising factor VII can be isolated and purified to a high degree of purity, the invention is useful in producing a pharmaceutical preparation comprising factor VII that can be used in situations in which copious bleeding occurs such as surgery.
