PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aerosol foam that has cosmetically high quality and can moisturize, revitalize and rejuvenate the skin.SOLUTION: A topical aerosol foam composition comprises (a) Aloe vera, (b) a surfactant and (c) a propellant. The topical aerosol foam composition may further comprise one or more of an α-hydroxy acid, a &bgr;-hydroxy acid, a humectant, a thickening agent, a dermatologically acceptable excipient, and mixtures thereof. In a composition, the Aloe vera is Aloe barbadensis leaf juice.
